7 Creative Strategies
This was a fun assignment for my ART 235 class, to practice visualizing and creating unique images and concepts by utilizing the 7 creative strategies.
1. Combination - I utilized this creative strategy by combining a clock/clock face with a vinyl record to convey my message.
2. Juxtaposition - I utilized this creative strategy by comparing and paring old and new technology together to convey my message.
3. Isolation - I utilized this creative strategy by including a singular vinyl record against multiple CD's to convey my message.
4. Metaphor - I utilized this creative strategy by contextualizing my image with a record among clocks to convey my message.
5. Change of environment - I utilized this creative strategy by placing a record in place of wheel spokes to convey my message.
6. Physical/Shape similarity - I utilized this creative strategy by comparing/combining a record with a pizza to convey my message.
7. Material Change - I utilized this creative strategy by including a spherical storm in place of a record to convey my message.
